Linck-collectoins processes your personal data because you use its services and/or because you have provided this data to it yourself.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data that Linck-collectoins processes: name, address, place of residence,
telephone number and email address. This information was provided by you, for example, when making an appointment or for
an assignment. Linck-collectoins stores this data on a computer in Exact (a CRM system) protected with a password and two-step
verification. At your request we can also manually remove data from our system. We only use your personal information to contact
us for an assignment or project. In addition, we send a mailing several times a year, including our annual Christmas card. Your
information will not be provided to third parties.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion
to info@linck-collectoins.com. Linck-collectoins will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
